Context
I was hired by Murrieta Soccer Academy (formerly known as Murrieta Surf Soccer Club) to create a conceptual design for their new soccer academy complex. This design was utilized to pitch a new business plan to the City of Murrieta and I can gratefully say that this was handed off to Clark Construction Group and architecture firms.
Problems to solve for:
On the 45-acre lot, I needed to include the following:
• Three 7 vs. 7 soccer fields
• Two 9 vs. 9 soccer fields
• Nine 11 vs. 11 soccer fields
• A club facility with a performance gym, locker rooms, 2 futsal courts, and office space
• and a FIFA-approved professional soccer stadium
